In April 1995, the Constitutional Court delivered its first judgment (S v Zuma). April 2025 marks 30 years of its jurisprudence. For the concept note of the conference: see the PDF here. You will find the programme replete with incisive presentations delivered by academics, practitioners and judges below. To RSVP please email naomi@saifac.org.za – places are extremely limited and preference will be given to you if you confirm that you are able to attend the full two days of the conference. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
